Simple questions!
In your opinion which is the best DVD player and why?

Dansai 1010

Alba 114

I know that they can all be hacked in one way or another, so that`s not an issue. But which is best for quality (build, picture, sounds etc..)?

I`ve seen a Bush 2023 working, and I`ve seen an Alba 108 working.
Both were fine.Not great.Fine. But what do you expect for under £100? As for build quality...again...what do you expect for under £100?
Not much help I know, but from what I`ve seen under £100 players are exactly what they purport to be. Economy models.

For the sake of a tenner or so I would recommend the Cyberhome ADL528...it`s £99 on richersounds.co.uk, is multiregion and plays cd/dvd/cdr/cdrw/vcd/svcd/mp3 - everything...it`s also got a built-in DD/DTS decoder so no need for a separate AV amp, you can plug computer home cinema speaker kits straight into it...comes in silver or black, do a search for it on this forum for opinions or go to http://forum.cyberhome-help.de
