Problems with chipped Panasonic A350??

I have a Panasonic A350, and intend to have it chipped for region free. Does anyone know of any problems with a chipped A350, does it play all discs and with great quality?

I used to have a panny 350 chipped by Techtronics and set manualy, it worked a treat and played the Patriot no probs, hope this helps.
