Page 1 of Cyberhome CH 400

Is there a region crack available for this machine? There`s not one listed on this site. As my Eclipse has pretty much given up the ghost, I figured I`d buy a new player instead of getting it fixed (It`s pretty much the same cost), and hear good things about Cyberhome players.

yes there is a hack for this unit!!! it is the same as the 3000

Below is the hack for Cyberhome DVD - CHDVD 400 (is this the one you mean?)

Open the dvd tray
presss `set up`
`mainpage` menu will appear
press...1, 3, 6, 9 on remote
pess left arrow 3 times
press right arrow once
a new option of `version` will appear on the menu
move down to the `version` section and press `enter`
a new sectio `region code` will appear, with a `number 2` (childish giggles) next to it
use right arrow key to to select the `number 2`
use the up/dpwn key to select the region you require
the `number 2` willchange to your new region choice (0 for multi)
use left arrow key to move back to the `region code` section
press the down arrow key to `main page` and press `enter`
you will arrive back at the `main page` section
select `exit set up`

I hope the above works, cos I`ve just bought one for the bedroom and now I`m off to try it!

The 400 uses the 402 hack.

And there definetely is a 400! I bought one at the weekend.
