My dvd player is a philips 711, will i need to use an optical cable to get dts sound, or will it also work through the coaxial. Also is optical better than the digital coaxial???????

Quick question:

Does the Videologic system (DTS or DD) come with either a coaxial or a optical cable? Or do I have to buy one seperately?

Aye.

My DTS came with coaxial. No optical.

You also get speaker cables (2 x 8 metres and 2 x 3 metres) and a 2 phono to 2 phono cable which I used to hook up my sky digibox.
