Silver TV`s Sliver DVD players Silver cars (every second car on the road) Silver Cybermen (for Doctor Who fans) they have to be silver. Closest thing to the Lone Rangers backside (think about it)
What happened to good old fasioned black.

would`nt a twin tuner be a bit redundant on a dvd/tv combi ? as your not recording anything and you are either watching a dvd or the tv but not both. :/

Funnily enough Daleks started as silver in 1963 (ended up being gun metal colour or White & Gold) by 1989).

As the person in the home delegated cleaning duties, I can vouch for the fact that silver TV/Videos/digiboxes are a godsend.They don`t need dusting HALF as much as black ones ! Also,having had a silver car and now owning a black one, I know which I prefer... I ain`t having black again ! It`s a bleeding nightmare ! So there you are. Silver things have obviously been designed by blokes,for blokes that have to clean them !

Well it`s for the kids you see.
Half of their DVDs are non-R2 so they wouldn`t be too happy if they could only play half their collection.
