Page 1 of Is Nelley still on the planet?

Has anyone heard from Nelley recently? It`s over a month now and I haven`t heard anything about my faulty Scan-2000 that I sent back to them. I`ve sent several e-mails, rang a few times(and had to wait for nearly 20 mins at international rates before I got through) but I have had no reply and I have been told I would get a call but the usual bullshit as before. Scan now have a beautiful page on their site for tracking your returns, but of course there is no sign of my RMA number on it.

I wish Scan would just get their act together.

Come on Scan, surprise me and give me a call.

And the bear talks bullshit ....not.

Come on Nelley stop phoning the far east and help this guy .... he`s a customer....................not a beta tester.
