I think CItylink just does the U.K., CBI Freight used to do the Republic of Ireland for Scan, but were cancelled by Scan about a month ago.

Has anyone heard from Nelley recently? It`s over a month now and I haven`t heard anything about my faulty Scan-2000 that I sent back to them. I`ve sent several e-mails, rang a few times(and had to wait for nearly 20 mins at international rates before I got through) but I have had no reply and I have been told I would get a call but the usual bullshit as before. Scan now have a beautiful page on their site for tracking your returns, but of course there is no sign of my RMA number on it.
I wish Scan would just get their act together.
Come on Scan, surprise me and give me a call.

Imagine Nelley, how much your sc-2000 sales would go up each month if you actually replied to your unsatisfied customers. You reply to people who slag off the player but have never bought it, but you won`t reply to me even though I have purchased from you.

Nelley, if you replaced the other scan dvd player that was ordered with my faulty one (obviously from the same faulty batch), why will you not replace my one?
You can obviously see my messages as you seem to be on this site everyday.

I own a Scan player, and I was very happy with it, but this `pixellation` or `blockiness` problem is really getting to me. I`ve been sending e-mails but with no luck, and phoning at international call rates is not an option. I bought it in July last year and the firmware isn`t upgradeable.
