bargain multi-voltage dvds

crouchender (Harmless) posted this on Saturday, 10th April 2004, 19:53

I am looking for a cheap DVD with multi-voltage capability to be able to use in the uk and to take to a country using 110v, and of course to be able to muti-region it. Anyone know of such a machine and where to purchase it?

Cyberhome 400 small, MR, NTSC\PAL. £49.99 WHS (when in stock).

I realise there are cheaper MR machines out there, but I cant speak about the supply voltage.

Hopefully will be taking 2 of these out of the country, when I go (visa permitting). :)

thanks for the reply. I wasn`t clear about your comment on supply voltage. Did it refer to this particular recommendation, or were you just saying you couldn`t speak about other machines? Multi-voltage is the main concern, as there are many multi-region DVDs out there.

The CH400 takes 110 - 240V I thought I was missing something in the 1st line of my post.

Whoops.
