Page 1 of Has Nellie Left The Country?

I have contacted Nellie about the recent problems with the Firmware downgrade/upgrade problem but to no avail.

Has anyone else contacted him lately about this problem? Any joy?

I`ve contacted Nellie and tech support with no joy. I`m running out of patience.

Maybe we should not recommend this player to anyone, and maybe set up a web page for all to see. For all it`s errors I like some of the features but it a shame the problems that people are getting.

In my opinion the mark of a good company is it CS

One word to Scan and Nellie is PULL YOUR FINGERS OUT. Its customers that make and brake a company!!!

Sorry to hear about your recent problems with scan.

I have been through what you are experiencing and i know its frustrating.

Scan have recently set up a 24 hr sales line and i think that is why nelley has been absent for so long.

When i had problems getting anywhere with scan i emailed
yelsew[at]ku.oc.nacs and he sorted out my problems.

Try emailing him and see how you get on.If you get no word back -ring scan and get them to put you through to wesley aldred(customer services manger)and see if that helps.

Who is this Nellie person. Scan really want to sort it out as it wont win them any customers. My previous phone company had bad customer service which has put me off them for life and i would never recomend them. So i cant see why companys have such bad service as one of the best sales techniques is word of mouth.

But on the other hand, i rang Scan Friday to return my Scan and they were very helpful. I didn`t wait that long for the call to go through and they offered to come and pick my player up that day. Im just waiting for my money back now. Which i hope will be very soon.

Fingers crossed! lol as i want to get my next player. And im thinking of going for the LG.
