Page 1 of Video Recorder Question

In particular a Sanyo VHR-778, though I think some other Sanyo`s work the same way.

I`m trying to reprogram the channels on this, but it isn`t done through the menus for some reason, and I`ve forgotten what the method is.

If by any chance someone knows, could you post it, or failing that, could anyone point me to any VCR discussion/help forums

I take it you have lost the instruction manual

click "service & support"
click "product instruction manuals"
click "video"
then look for your model -- you will need adobe acrobat to read it

Just to prove what tit I am...The first tihng I did was look online for an electronic version of the manual..but I went looking on the Sony site...definate DOH! moment when the penny finally dropped
