Service Menu for Sony DVD735 (...and KV28DS20!)

Leading on from my earlier thread ("Question for Bear or anyone else that has a Sony TV), does the Sony DVD735 have a hidden service menu, and if so, how do I access it?

Oh, and if anyone can tell me how to access the servive menu on a Sony KV28DS20 I`d be gratefull!

I`ve told you how to access it on the DS20 - you just don`t have the right equipment - I have a feeling that this is a deliberate Sony ploy to keep you out of the service menu!
