Page 1 of I am happy with my LG 3200E cos it plays RCE!

Anyone out there wondering what dvd player to buy. I would recommend the LG 3200E.
i wanted a plyer that could be converted to multi region which it CAN (just follow the easy remote hack instructions) and I didn`t want to pay too much which I didn`y (£149 from Comet with 3 free dvd`s "Gossip", "Friends Series 7 eps 1-4" and "Perfect Storm")

I have just tested it with a Region 1 RCE tiltle and it handles it great.

I know everyone recommends their own player but if you want a cheap and cheerful one (it got 8/10 in Dvd Review)go for the LG 3200E.

Any other LG owbers out there that agree with me?

Yep, pretty much agree with you, except for a few problem disks which
cause the thing to lock up, forcing a reset.
Spoke to the people who apparently change the player for a new firmware
model, but still no new player. been waiting approx 4 weeks.

I just hope that the newer firmware is hackable !!
