Interference problems on playback

the_medic (Harmless) posted this on Sunday, 27th May 2001, 20:23

Just watched Red Planet (R2) and experienced faint lines moving from right to left across the screen. At some points these seemed to resemble text(?!). It was particularly noticable on the Mars scenes.

I have a Tosh 100-E, and a decent Philips widescreen TV.
Any suggestions? It`s bugging the sh*t out of me!

Sounds like something is conflicting with the AV channel.

Are you using a SCART?

Do any other devices shaer the same SCART on the TV?

Try turning these off when watching a DVD.
