I have a Lite-On 5005 which I need to upgrade by firm ware,as it is not recording onto disc properley.How do I go about this.Could anybody please help.

You should find the firmware on this site below and click the help on that page near the screen middle in blue for the way to do the update. [ you may have to select english ]
