I`m thinking of buying a Thomson DTH4500 player, and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with it, good or bad.

One of my mates got one last week, Modchipped as well from linkonline.co.uk .

So far its been a brilliant player that also plays VCD,CDR and MP3.
I have the DTH3300 so recommended him to go with Thompson although my player is getting out of date.

I think i will get myself a £120 tesco brand one now...

Hmmm... I`m confused. I was told that DTH4500 was able to play all regions, granted you use the remote hack that is. What do you need the modchip for then?
