I want to send a friend in the U.S. PAL DVD`s made on my PAL recorder in th UK. Does anybody know of an inexpensive player that will play them available in the U.S.

Try searching Amazon.com for "pal dvd player" it should come up with a few.

Bear in mind, your friend`s TV will need to support PAL as well.

Hack available through remote control on this site or another nout sure but google search will get it for you.
