Page 1 of Matsui 120 DVD - Will it play VCD`s??

Can anyone help? Will I be able to play VCD`s on this machine and also what is the difference between a DVD and a VCD?

It will only play vcds on some Cd rewritable discs or original cds not cd recordable. if you do the hack that is! a dvd is a different type of disc and can hold a lot more (up to 19GB)information that a VCD that is why the sound and picture quality is so muh better, it also has room for the other sound tracks etc. A vcd is a normal cd(700mb) and is only slightly better picture quality than a videotape. also most Vcd movie come on more than 1 disc beacause they can only hold about 1 hrs f video.
