I had this.

I have managed to tie it down to a particular type of blank tape I was using.

Binned them and using another brand (Memorex were the culprits)

You`ve bound to have tried that, but just in case.

Othewise I`m going to be sod all help

Yeah, have to agree - shoving blank tapes into a dvd player does it every time ;)

Its a tight fit, but so are many things in life

(yes I meant CDR :-) )

No problems with standard Film DVDs, only audio CDRs,
