Page 1 of samsung dvd/combi player any good?

my friends intrested in a samsung dvd/vhs combi r they any good specs sound ok can you make em multiregion etc is it possible to disable macro etc any info much app!

Dunno abt the player - am myself in the market for views/ opinions etc.

Saw a review in a mag at the weekend (can`t remember which one - sorry) but they didn`t rate it. I think 3/10 was about the going rate. I was just scanning the review section in WHSmiths so I didn`t read the article I`m afraid. Be warned....
