Have it on good authority that The Patriot plays - just ensure you set the Region to Region 1 rather than to Bypass, and bob`s yer uncle.

yes it will play as long as you change the player to the right region before you insert the disk all players that can change region by the remote should be able to play RCE disks. as the script on the disk asks the player if it`s region 1 if it says yes then it asks if it`s region 2 and if says yes then the disks say fu(k off then i ain`t playing :-) at least thats what i`m told happens, hope this helps you`s out.
