Page 1 of Macrovision off a Bush DVD2004

Can anybody help me with how to get the macrovision setup on my Bush DVD2004 player off. I would prefer it if anybody knew a remote hack as I am a bit tight on the money front.

Older versions of the Bush 2004 had the macrovision already disabled. However newer models have removed this and I don`t think there`s a hack to get around it.

Thanks. I think it is a newer model, as I only bought it just after Xmas. It plays Region 1 disks straight from the box, without any hacks. My mate has a Region 1 player and I`ve borrowed a couple of his and I`ve had no problems loading them. Is there a hidden engineers menu on the newer version?? If so, how do I get into it?
