Page 1 of Scan letting me down

I wrote a while back about my many returns to Scan, Nelley gave me the option of returning my player for a refund, or swapping it AGAIN. I decided that I`d had enough of there players as the expense I`d spent in returning them meant that I could have afforded a higher spec brand named machine.
I opted for the refund option, I sent my player back to them and here I am over a fortnight later still with no refund. When I ring the returns number all I get is an engaged tone, and I`m getting sick of it.
I want me blimmin money back!

When I organised a refund back in August it took them at least three weeks - if not a month - to refund me.

I`m still waiting for my refund, this is rediculous, it`s well over a month now since I sent back the player and well over a fortnight since you promised the refund.

Well, this has turned me right off buying a Scan... I rang last week to order one but was told by some ignorant f*cker they were out of stock and try next week... That set the alarm bells ringing but the above has decided it.
I`ll say it again - why do you communicate to your customers via a third party forum, Nelley ?

At last!!! I`ve just checked my bank balance and finally the cash has been refunded... Unfortunately it only includes one lot of my delivery costs, but I think I can let that go...

I must say as a third party listening in to all of the issues regarding Scan - the quality of their product, and pathetic level of customer service - has definately made me think again about buying their player. Nelley, how can Scan possibly hope to run a company in this way, it is completely unacceptable by anyone`s standards!
Unfortunatly you will find this situation with all computer companies
in november/december as we are extremly busy.Its not an excuse
but its just the way it is at the moment.
