Help needed with X-Wave

DaleW (Harmless) posted this on Saturday, 2nd March 2002, 17:41

Can any of you guys help, my dad has got a X-Wave DVD and the sound has gone. The shop can not repair it as they can not find out who it is made by.

Any info would be of great help.

Thanks

Dale

It`s made by a company called Labway, who are (surprise surprise) based in the Far East.

I do know that http://www.ringos.co.uk sell them as well - maybe they know someone who can arrange the fix for you.

Bear in mind that, assuming the player is still in warranty, it is the retailer`s responsibility to arrange maintenance for you, not the manufacturer.

Try http://www.labway.com
