Evening all.

A group of lads that I teach are in a band called `Double Helix` and have won themselves a place at the Schools Prom on Monday night at the Royal Albert Hall. They went into one of our local studios last week and recorded one of their own songs, `What`s Your Next Plan?`

Now, obviously, all friends & family, etc, love it, but I wouldn`t mind some unbiased opinions on the track...

I feel bad for saying it, but whilst technically it is well produced, it sounds like countless other tracks from cliche ridden American rock bands.

That said, a lot of people buy that sort of thing! If they are pretty enough and willing to leave any artistic integrity at the industry door, they might do well.
