Editing +RW files

Steve Digi (Harmless) posted this on Saturday, 17th January 2004, 13:24

Does anyone know of any software that can be used to edit files on +RW discs. To remove adverts etc.

if you are talking about dvd`s, then a good program to use is dvdshrink - you can edit out extras, subs and menus.

do a search for it.

I don`t think DVDShrink can do what Steve wants - it can remove menus & extras, but I think it can only remove chapters from within a title set rather than removing frames.

Look for a guide on how to do it here in the video editing guides. You may have to demux your VOB files first, but details how to do that are also in the video editing guides.
