Page 1 of Help with 2 problems

Hi,

Hope some-one can help with the minor probs that i`ve got.
1. When i receive my e-mails now it don`t seem to show them as html like it used to, i`m just getting plain text

2. When i save a picture of the internet it will only save it as a bitmap, when i go to save it as a jpeg in the dialogue box the only format there is the bitmap.

any help on this would be grateful as i`ve tried everything that i know.

To possibly solve the first problem, open OE, then Tools, Options, Read and see if "read all messages in plain text" (advisable) is ticked. I think you can also right click the text and make it HTML for individual ones.

Hey man ur scnd proplem very eaasy to solve it when u save pictures the computer
will ask u what`s the type that u like to save ur pic is bitamp or jpg u chooose as u like

and if this way not work with u have to put anti viruse to protect ur bactria cuz it very bad
