Is it possible to convert .amr files back to mp3 or midi?

I have just got a 7610 and am able to download a vast array of sounds for it for free but in .amr format.I was wondering if was possible to convert the .amr files back to mp3 or midi ..PLEASE HELP!

I`ve got something called Miksoft Mobile AMR Converter, this will convert to WAV. Then you can use anything you like to convert the WAV to MP3 (I`ve been using Audacity).

I found them both using google, but I`ll have a quick look and see if there are website links in the programs.
