Got a photo cd and are trying to access files?

Hi basically trying to access photos that are on a cd rom that auto boots into a slide show, anyone got any ideas??

Have you tried importing them from Picassa 2 (Microsoft freeware). I guess it will also depends what software was used to put the photos on the cd and whether it will allow you to do it.
