Which mobo to go for?

Guys, hit me with some knowledge. As per specs below, what would you sugest I go for? Changing mobo because it`s apparent my 6800 doesn`t work w/my ASRock combo-z.

AMD Athlon (Socket 754) 3000+
GeForce 6800 ULTRA
1 GIG Crucial PC3200 RAM

I`d recommend the MSI Neo Platinum I have one myself and it`s been rock solid. I used to have an ASRock myself and had problems.
