Page 1 of Best 3G Phone at Present Any Advice Welcome....Westy?

Due to the recent sad and untimely demise of my Nokia 7610 i`m in the market for a new mobile in the next month or two (for now its back to the 7250i).

I`m keen on the Nokia 6680 on the Vodaphone £40 a month tariff (500 antime xnet mins/100txts/50m video calls/free football/news/movie trailers) mainly due to the fact that i always buy Nokia phones and hate to change to a new one where you have to learn how to use a phone all over again. However i`m not blind to the fact that other manufacturers phones are getting better all the time and wouldn`t rule out another brand completely.

I`d also prefer a cheaper tariff option as i`m not convinced i`d use that many video calls or half of the monthly mins but thats the lowest vodaphone 3G tariff at present as far as i can see. I`m sure once 3G takes off a bit more i`d make better use of the video call features and thats why i dont want to buy a new phone now that doesn`t have 3G capabilities and have to wait 12 months for my next phone.

What i`m after is some advice on what`s a good 3G phone and accompanying deal but i have to draw the line at 3 because of the poor reception of friends phones around my house.

if u dont mind a biggish phone go for the 6630 i had 1 but it was to big for me but it had great features have a look into them

I love my 6630, and don`t find the size too bad to handle - slips in my jeans pocket OK.

I am on my 4th 6630 since janurary >:( Apart from that, when it works it is good.

It`s not easy being different. It`s not easy being cool....but somehow I manage....

I don`t mind a big phone the 7610 (RIP) was as the kids said "a brick" (how little they know). Bit of a mixed bag for the 6630 then, must admit looks wise it`s ok and it`s a Nokia so that pushes up my list a little further. Has anyone got a 6680 that they`re using on 3G out there as i`m keen on this being a newer model than the 6630?
