Page 1 of help with ati2dvag please itsdriving me mad

My hp pc has suddenly developed a problem with the ati2dvag dll to the extent where the graphics are a noncence and i can barely see what i am writing now
any help greatfully recieved
running xp
mcafee (clear)
spybot (clear)
if i switch off as suggested it reboots 3 or 4 times before it actually starts and the problem still excists

Sounds like a driver problem, rather than virus, have done a search for you heres one solution

My laptop as ati card in it, when i first got it i had problems with freezes and things, used a program called driver cleaner 3 then reinstalled the card drivers, solved the problem, though be very carefull if you go down this route, make sure you have the right drivers before reinstall, hopefully the above link my help before looking at this route.
