Page 1 of Free website builder software?

Hello.

I am looking for website building software...does anyone know of anything that`s available for free?

I can do basic HTML etc., but I can`t be bothered to start from scratch (lazy, I know!)...I just want something I can drag & drop etc. I don`t expect Dreamweaver 8, just something that`s basic.
