Page 1 of DVD Rip*

Can anyone suggest the easiest way to make a soft copy of a dvd. Im guessing its called dvd rip...correct me if im wrong. And also any good freeware to do the same.

I read it as just ripping to the hard disk in which case I would use dvd decrypter, no need to run a shrink on it.

Would be a need to save space though, maybe.

The thing is dvd shrink only works with nero which i dont have in my sony vaio. I will have to try using dvd decrypter as i think this is what im looking for.

Dvd shrink can also create ISO images or a VIDEO_TS folder. It doesn`t have to burn with nero.
