Hide IP address program (that works)

Can anyone suggest a free program that actually does what it purports to do - hide`s an IP address and substitutes it for another for when you post on messageboards etc.

I`ve tried "Hide Your IP address" but it`s pants.

You could just use nntime`s `anonymizer`

Peer Guardian doesn`t hide your IP, it blocks certain IPs from accessing you.
