Page 1 of Help please on this odd one...

Hiya people...when I click on a page to go to the next link..( i.e...from main page such as Mutual Points to the next page to collect points ) I get an empty page with BLANK PAGE in the place where the address should be...cannot get to the page i need...any help in idiot speak appreceiated as usual

have you tried other browsers?
have you deleted temp internet files (ctrl shift del),
do you have pop up blocker turned on, maybe it needs to be turned off for that site
is your browser up to date
have you turned it off an on again
did it just start happening today?
what have you changed since it last worked

Thanks Admars...answers in order of Q's...no....yes...yes but worked before this happened....ie 8-as before worked ok until this happened...if you mean comp then yes...no yesterday....nothing....

What browser and version are you using?
What antivirus have you got installed?
Does it happen on a different browser?

Thanks for you time Rob...1 - IE 8 ....AVG 14 free....haven't tried any other browsers.....Moods

Okay, first thing is download Chrome or Firefox, and stop using IE8 as it's just asking for your PC to be hacked.

Also I'd download Malwarebytes and run a scan to be sure nothing is hijacking your browser. And I'd also check the proxy settings in Internet Options and make sure there isn't anything set there.
