Hacked By Electronic Atlas Lions

I've started working part time in a secondhand bookshop, and Bob the boss has just texted me in a state - our website has been hacked by a Moroccan Islamist group.  Any ideas how to wrest control back off these clowns?

Get the hosting provider of the website to change the password (or do it yourself if possible), restore the site from a backup, and fix the attack vector otherwise it'll just happen again and again. :/
