Exactly - who are these nobs and why should we stay away from them?

I mean, you could just as easily say "John Lewis are crap" or "Richer Sounds are a bunch of w*nkers", but without a supporting story it`s of bugger all use to people. Don`t be coy!

okay on the 21st I ordered a magic PS2 from them, their site said 7 days, 9 days later I emailed them 5 times asking about my PS2, and once about a miss pricing on their site.

Guess which one they answered?

I made a threat to cancel my order, some girl called helen, said replied immediately with a response that she would check, 5 hours later I replied "It really takes that long to check on my order doesnt it....Just give me my money back"

she replied okay refund completed.

no the refund is not complete, it only becomes complete when the cash goes back into my visa, how long would I have to wait realisticly?

Anyway alot of p*ssing about for nothing and I have yet to recieve my money so I dont really wanna order another one while I still dont know these people have given me my money back.

It`s a pain in the neck trying to get a refund back onto a visa. I`ve had it happen before too, they always say it can take up to 28 days for it to appear on my account.....never takes em that long to take the money in the first place though does it!!

There is no reason whatsoever that a visa refund would take more than 48 hours, regardlesss of diatsnce, cost or item.

Think I will take thades approach and get the VISA people to push for a refund.

my apologies for the situation with your order, as an explanation (not an
excuse) I will say that we have had more orders than we can handle -
obviously due to the approaching festive season. I`m glad that we have
resolved your situation (eventually) and hope it did not inconvenience you
too much. In an attempt to improve the situation for other customers we have
stopped accepting a lot of business and are working to about 10,11 o`clock
each night
