Advice on Buying DVDs From Abroad
I`m new to these forums and I`ve noticed that alot of people are getting cheap DVDs from Austraila. I`ve never brought from outside of the UK.
Is there much of a saving after shipping costs? Do you have to pay import tax, or anything to the taxman!!?
Also how long does it take??
Any help/advice greatly appreciated

You don`t have to pay import duty or VAT, so long as what you`re ordering costs less than £18 excluding postage. If you`re ordering several DVDs, it`s best to split them up so they`re sent separately.

Just check with your credit card as to what exchange rate they use as I have founds its never what the sites says.
I did get Planet of The Apes region 2/4 for under £11 when the best UK price was £15.
