I have just ordered some items from play, all in stock dispatched yesterday........when will they arrive and how are they sent?

By Royal Mail and usually arrive within 2-3 days. It can take longer, but normally only if the Royal Mail lose them.

I ordered M*A*S*H Season 3 (R1) last Thursday and it came today. I have ordered other titles from them in the past and 5 to 6 days is what I usually have to wait. Generally I am very happy with their service i.e. availability of titles , e-mail to notify me of when an order has been posted , packaging of their products and so on!

Play have never e-mailed me regarding items being posted, and i`ve spent over £2000 in 2 years on that site.

I sometimes get an email, sometimes I don`t! Play are strange like that.

I`ve only ordered 4 items from Play myself. When I ordered the first disc it was the week before Xmas and it arrived within 5 days. It was a present for my brother and seeing that it arrived at a reasonable time I was relieved so in my jolly , festive and grateful mood I sent them a thank you e-mail praising them for their service! Since then I have received e-mails notifying me when an order has been posted!

My point is that it may be a good idea to send them a botty kissing e-mail!!!!

Yeah - and when have Play ever replied to e-mails.....NEVER.

I have sent em plenty over the years and the ignorant b astards have never replied once.

Don`t pretend to understand this, but I`ve never had a problem with them replying to emails. Always had a reply within 24 hours. For a while last year, they were murder to contact by phone, but that also seems to have improved lately.

Wonder why some people have problems and others don`t? I know they have two different order/shipping systems (I think this explains why you sometimes get an email saying something has posted and sometimes you don`t), but do they have two different call centres?
