Page 1 of How long to wait before phoning Play?

I ordered a DVD that was posted 12 days ago and it still hasn`t arrived. When shoudl I ring em to tell them? How long will it take them to track it down or send me another one or out? I have spent £100s and have never had this problem before.

They usually say wait for 14 days, but I got them on 12 days once and they posted another out which arrived in 3. If you`ve been a loyal customer then they should be ok about it. I`ve now had two gone astray from them, which, with our postal service is quite good considering I have 10 pages of `order history` now.

If it`s a popular title or especially a popular R1 title, it`s most likely being held up at Mt Pleasant Sorting Office. I had an R1 (I-Spy) take 14 days to arrive recently.

I ordered 2 discs on 14th April. Usually I get them within 4 days which is excellent. Today is the 29th and 1 have only received one of them. I emailed Play and requested they sent another one out. They replied within 90mins and are arranging to send another one out. V Good. BUT this item is now "Temporarily out of stock" so who knows how long it will take.

Anyone know what they are like on refunds in case this second one doesn`t turn up?
