Page 1 of Are Choices Direct always as good as this

Just used them for the first time. Ordered on Sun, dispatch email on Mon and Delivered today (Tues). It was a DVD for my little boy, £5.99 delivered, but the VHS was £11.99?. The film was "See Spot Run" A film about a dog with Home Alone type comedy. Great film for the kids. Anyway are they always as good as this, as I`ve not seen much written about them here.

Steve, everytime i have used them they have been as good as that, excellent prices as well Great Retailer.

Used quite a few times and I can`t fault them on anything (price, communicatoin, and speed)

I too have nothing but good experiences with this company. So refreshing to use a company that has good customer service, efficiency and some good pricing too.

Choices Direct will launch its newly designed site in June with a possible move to .com and new logos. Fingers crossed that they don`t botch it up...

Never had any problems with them...First Class!!

I did the same - ordered sun,e-mail mon & received tues & this during a stock-take!
Excellent & efficient service - can`t fault them.

They`ve always been excellent for, exept one time. When i ordered an out of stock dvd (Heat i think) from a sale, when it came back instock it had been removed from the sale, and i had been charged the proper amout, but the next day it went back into a different offer, and was again cheap.

Cant fault the returns service though, they refunded the expensive price no questions, and then i bought it at the cheaper price again.
