Page 1 of Play order

Been waiting about 10 days now for a play order anyone else having any delays?

E-mailed them they said after 14 days they`ll trace it up :(

anyone else having any delivery probs?

nope..Office Series 2 arrived today as planned....Knowing me, Knowing You should have arrived, but it was posted the day afterwards and so will proabbly turn up tomorrow. I wouldn`t get too worried about one lost order, as you`ve seen that it happens on and off. Play are very good about these things and when it`s happened to me, twice in almost three years, they`ve sent another one out ASAP (after the 14 days) which has always got to me.

My collection

Last two disks from play have went missing narc and matrix. They did phone to say sorry, but still no dvd`s.

Play seem to be spnding a whole bunch of cash on advertising at the moment. Loads of posters and leaflet handouts on the London Underground.

Just a update emailed play got a fast response told them I haven`t received my order and they said there sending it through again.

Unfortunately I had to wait the 14 days before they would re-send it though

Lets hope it doesn`t go walkies

Trust me to order stuff while royal mail are playing up :(

just ordered U-571 and Blackhawk down (R2) from Play.. Never had any problems with them.. takes about 7 days to arrive in this part of the world.. but hell, its way cheaper than the local stores here charging usually 3 times the Play price!

don`t get me wrong play are *great* ordered heaps from them never any greif looks like the problem is the postabl service :( unfortunately I live in london and in the affected post code :(

so fair play to play so to speak and lets hope these postal workers stop f-cuking about its causing me untold greif I haven`t received any mail for a while now. Not looking forward to getting a moutain of mail coming through my letter box. But I am looking for to my orders coming :-)

I used Play.com often and the only time i never received the cd was when i asked for them to be delivered to my mother in laws cos they were presents for my kids.one didn`t arrive and i e-mailed Play who resent the cd after 14 days.
also had the same prob with cd-wow with the same result

The last two disks I`ve ordered have went missing and now after a week my finding nemo is still not here.

I like play, but they really need to do something about it.

Neither has mine, but the postal strike just might have something to do with it. ;)
