Blackstar . Never Again

I pre - ordered the new two disc version of terminator 3 . It arrived today well over a week past it`s release date . I opened it up and what did I find ? The nice new 2 discer still in the wrap . Oh no they sent me a one disc ex-rental version unsealed with for rental purposes only clearly stated at the top of the case . I only used these because of the 3 quid voucher off . Now I`ve got myself a headache trying to sort this out . First I have got to email them to explain then I have to send back the wrong disc . Which they will proberly receive in two days rather than the two weeks I will proberly have to wait for my replacement . UTTER SH*TE .

I`d have to agree with all comments about blackstar.

I live less than 10 mile from their depot at dunmurry (N.I.)
and it takes them 7 days from posting to delivery to my place.

:(

Very disappointing

I`ll be the contrary one!

Used Blackstar for a number of years and only the odd problem which they sorted out promptly.

They are now based in Jersey and they do seem to have got slower (though they are not drowning ;) ). On the plus side though it`s now free P&P and they have a tremendous catalogue that most other retailers can only dream about.

Yep, praise here too.
Used them several times. And always been quick to deliver. The hulk took about 7 days to arrive, but saves me trying to get into town.

Ok my bad... saw you had a dodgy disc. Hmmm... didn`t think they dealt in rental stuff? Hmmm.

Not to mention how they charge through the roof on some of their titles
