when do disks usually arrive from them if it is a preorder anyone know?

usually the day of release possibly the next day.

When do they bill ?
On preorder or on dispatch?

As play are in Jersey I dunno if the same rules apply as here in the UK (ie they shouldn`t debit the whole amount until despatch, but they can ask for a deposit).

Does anyone know the situation ?

I`ve only just this minute preordered a couple of disks from Play247 after a break of a few months. Unless something`s changed, they don`t charge until they`re actually sticking the disk in its jiffy bag. Great company, should use them more.

Play 24/7 only charge for pre-orders when they dispatch and they usually arrive the day of release or sometimes a day ealier great company great service highly recommended
