Fast Delivery. Cheapest Prices. Reliability. Customer Service.
Which is the most important to you or is it something else ?

1. Customer Service (the most essential ingredient) 2. Reliability (good product is also helpful) 3. Cheapest Prices (service over price every time) 4. Fast Delivery (I don`t mind sacrificing this)

Quick delivery, and decent after-sales service in the event of any problems, are foremost for me.
Fast delivery is the more important factor to my mind. If I decide I want a DVD, I want it NOW - or at least within a few days! I don`t mind paying a little bit extra for this.

someone who has a clue to what it is like being the buyer and not just the seller.
but as much as i agree with you clayts people on the internet go sniffing for lower prices everytime. its like sharks around blood!
