Page 1 of Richer Sounds Online is Crap !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I usually get all my hifi/homecinema gear from Richer Sounds in Nottingham (close to where I live) if they stock it of course. I ordered a Sony 335 multiregion player from them along with some blank Cd-r`s & a Cd player. The order came to just under £350. Paid for it using my trusty Egg Visa card & sat back gloating to myself & thinking how easy the internet has made my life. However.......................... 10 days have passed & I still haven`t received my order. They promise to deliver within 5 days. They promise to keep you upto date with your order & to contact you if it runs into any problems. I have e-mailed them , telephoned them a dozen times only getting a message promising to ring back within 24hrs. All these bloody promises BROKEN. My faith in this company is now in the same position BROKEN. I`m without a DVD player which is bloody torture. Can any of you remember how bad VHS is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Has anybody else had to go through the same problems with Mr Richers .com adventure ? Can anybody give me an alternative (to the websites) e-mail address / phone no where I can get in touch with somebody so I can give them a severe ear bashing ?

Their Web site is usually crap to buy from. I know people who have ordered bits and pieces and then they are told their order has never been recived. Funny that becasue their account balance didn`t seem to agree!!!!

I have heard that their website is s***e too, I only evr did once buy things through their mail order. But it was over the phone for a pair of headphones, however, my order came in 4 days. no complaint what so ever.

Ordered from them once - it took about 2 weeks and numerous phone calls to get action. I don`t think I`d use them again.
