Page 1 of Play247 usually ship within 24 hours????

On all products i have bought from play247 it has said "in stock. Usually ships within 24 hours".

I have never had any product shiped within 24 hours with play247.

Is this normal or have they just got something against me?

have bought over 250 dvd from play247 and never had any problems either, it may depend on what time of the day you place your order as some of us need our sleep?

Ships within 24 hrs means 1 (working)day from time of order to the time they put it in the post. Not 24 hrs door to door.

No problems until recently. One order was supposedly despatched on the 8th and is yet to see the light of day, though this is the first time it`s happened.

I normaly find it takes a few days but I do normaly order them in the evening so they don`t get processed until the next day.
I`ve had a DVD not arrive so I emailed them and they send another one out without question !
If you want delayed orders try going to Streetsonline ! - won`t rant about them though !

i ordered two DVDs about 3 weeks ago the first came in four days and the other i am yet too see :(

something was said about recorded post saying that i had to sign for them but i never signed for the first and the tracking system doesn`t say where it is (in my house) so can i claim that i never got it and get them to send a replacement? :) do you guys have to sign on reciept?

I think in an earlier thread it mentions that you only sign for Region 2 DVD`s. But if it hasnt arrived yet, phone them up or e mail and they usually send another one no questions. Personnaly i usually find from ordering a DVD late at night it usually arrives a couple of days later
