As usual I left my shopping a bit late, but I thought I`d try ordering a CD gift from www.cd-wow.com. Sunday the 16th was their last date for guaranteed Xmas delivery and that`s when I ordered. I thought I was cutting it a bit close, but it arrived Yesterday! And that`s from Hong Kong. I`ve had a few CDs from them and been very satisfied. I`m not sure about their DVDs, due to the vagueness of the regions, but I would consider them as an option.

Thoroughly agree with you Steve I ordered three just before the dealine and they all came yesterday. An example of what online shopping should be like.

Well guys - I can actually beat that and raise you by 1 day !! I ordered a cd and DVD on the 17th (1 day after deadline) and it was here on the 20th - truly remarkable. I have no hesitation in using these guys again and with the £5 voucher it makes it even better.

Keep up the great work CD Wow, let`s hope they get more DVD titles in next year.

If you think their delivery service is good, wait until you have to use their customer service -- it`s fantastic!

I have been using CD-WOW for the last 6 months or so for CD`s. I`ve probably ordered about 30 CD`s in that time. A couple of times, when the CD`s have not arrived within their designated time, I`ve had to call them. No problem getting through to them, they are very friendly and courteous, and send replacements immediately (no questions asked). All they ask is that if the original CD`s arrive, you let them know and they will send you a postage paid Jiffy bag in which to return them.

They are definitely one of the best on-line retailers about.

Why can`t other company who sell goods of the internet be more like them?

Excellent service superb prices, Ordered DVD & CD Friday evening and delivery was made Monday from Hong Kong. How do they do it.

I ordered a CD frmo them on monday night, recieved an eamil sayign they`ve been shipped on Tuesday and got them today on Wednesday. Now, I don`t care how fast they can process their items, to get a item from Hong kong to England is impossible in just 1 day. It takes 13 hours flying time non-stop and there`s also the Royal mail they have to go through.

Unless they hire a concorde as their delivery plane!
