does anyone have any idea how long delivery takes after u recive your shipping email

generally 1 week

Ordered 3 XBOX games and a poster, all arrived 6 days later and no customs charge as usual from them.

haven`t had any probs before but got the confimation email on the 20th feb and no sign just worried it ain`t been picked up by customs.
it wasn`t a big order but it was over the £18 limit?

ordered swordfish in december last year invoiced on the 12th still not arrived i will not be using this bunch of amatuers again .

I`m cancelled several orders since last November as I got tired of waiting. Started paying a bit extra and buying from Play, never had a problem with them.

Shreck 2 disk 6 days.

Porn, still wan.. sorry waiting. 1 month.

First order in December took three weeks - I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of Xmas post.

Second attempted order - their order processing system failed mid-transaction and it took their customer services four days to even respond to confirm there was no order and I hadn`t been charged.

Third order shipped 8th Feb - still waiting. Queried with customer services all I got was a standard response stating they won`t touch it till eight weeks have passed.

I`m sorry but I`m with Craig on this - I won`t be using them again

I have to admit i`m very impaitient when it comes to dvds, and thats why i don`t order anything (well unless it`s Uber cheap) because i`ve ordered 2 disks from them and they took 2 weeks to arive (i didn`t order them at the same time).

Usually about 7 days, though right now I`m waiting for one part of an order which had been shipped 13 days ago, the other one arrived on tuesday even though both were shipped on the same day. My last few orders have taken at least 10 days. I think there`s been a problem with the postal service (or lack of) round my area these last couple of weeks so that may have contributed to that.

Generally though a reliable 7 days.
