Retailer Reviews Forum
Has anyone bought from ebuyer.com. If so I would like to know if they are reliable and trustworthy.
Thanks
They are reliable but there products seem cheap, i bought a geforce2 mx and the heatsink fell off in transit, the floppy drive that i bought make a horible clicking sound when read. Apart from that delivery was good and fast, next day, you get what you pay for..
Used them loads. Never any problems whatsoever.
Beware though - Their delivery charges are pretty steep, so make sure you check the final price before comparing them to others. Oh, cos I am feeling helpful - Here are the stores I use regularly. (ps - If I have any problems of any sort they come off my list so they are all good).

Cheap prices but crap if you need to phone! Loooooong que!
I bought a complete system upgrade. Cheapest at the time.
Ordered eight times over a 12 month period. Only one problem ever - wrong heatsink sent. This was sorted the next after a 15 minute phone call - told me to keep the wrong one and sent me the right one which arrived 2 days later.
The free 3 day delivery (orders over 100GBP) has on most occasions arrived the next day.
I once placed an order for the goods to be sent to the office. This was around 11/9 and security decided that they would not accept any parcels - so I Faxed ebuyer and even tho the parcel had left the warehouse they were able to reroute the parcel to my home address. Impressive stuff!
